Thanks to Lumen-Melano here [link] i can now present to you the solution to the MS Office bug some people encountered. Here's what Lumen-Melano wrote:
Right click anywhere on the desktop and click personalise. Make sure you have selected one of the Static themes as your current theme. Click on "Window Color" at the buttom of the window. Then click "Advanced appearance settings". Then on the new window find 3D Objects in the dropdown menu under "Item:" Then just make sure that both "Color 1" and "Color" are white. Click OK and Save Changes and you should be done.
I wish there was an easy way to edit themes without downloading tools and everything. Because my Virus Scanner tells me that this tool I have to download is a virus
I read that u have upgraded to win 8 and no longer support this skin. But I have to ask!
The green "info bar" in explorer is way to distracting. Would rather have a light grey color. Is this hard to change? I'm using the static polished theme.
I have checked around a bit, and I think I can change the color myself if you just give me the correct number for the area Do you happen to know what number img I'm after?
Could you please add a color variant to your theme with the standard color highlights? This is the only square theme that doesn't have a corner glitch! Thanks!

I get this a lot.
Stay save!
You can re-add it by replacing the shellstyle.dll in your
themes\static\Shell\NormalColor-folder
