Problem Start orb

I want to create a start orb for windows 7. The problem ist, that it doesn't turn out as i want!
The orb somehow is messed up everytime i apply it to my system.

Can anybody please help me solve this problem?

Top image is how the orb look in my photoshop, buttom image how it looks on my taskbar. You can download the .bmp file to see what's wrong.

I will remove this deviation as soon as i have an answer.
